Amjad is an Advocate-on-Record and a graduate of 2008 from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, New Delhi and has been practicing law since then. Initially, he was associated with the law firm “Agarwal Jetley & Co, Advocates, New Delhi” for around 4 years and worked on the litigation side for many corporates w.r.t. criminal, civil and commercial litigation. He handled many criminal and other litigation matters while being associated with the said firm.  Thereafter, he worked with Udwadia & Udeshi and handled many commercial, civil and criminal matters. After leaving the said firm, he started his own litigation practice and had represented many corporates and high networth individuals. He has been regularly appearing before the before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, PMLA, CBI Courts, DRAT, DRT, NCLT and other courts and forums.

For all these years, he has also been extensively involved in handling various disputes arising out of commercial contracts, real estate projects, NBFC Loans, civil cases, arbitration issues, criminal cases and other cases.
