Mr. Babul Biswas has done his graduation in law from Surendranath Law College under Calcutta University, in the year 2013. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2013.  He is with the The Precepts-Law Offices at its Delhi office since 2015 and currently holds the position of senior associate.

He is catering to a wide and varied client base, including companies, institutions and individuals. He has extensive practice in Civil, Arbitration, Matrimonial, Consumer, Criminal, Debt Recovery Laws, Real Estate Law, Deeds and Documentation and Legal Opinions.

He has an active litigation practice regularly representing clients in vivid matters before various Courts/ Forums, viz, Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, Consumer Commissions, Civil and Criminal Courts, Tribunals, Trade Mark Registration and Statutory Authorities. He is commanding the services of the professional lawyers and supported by junior and fellow Advocates.

His professional services are offered to the corporate and companies within the short possible time with most care and professional expertise. He initiates and leads Pre-Litigation Mediations. He mentors Law interns through a host of activities.
