Joy Gambhir is a dedicated legal professional with an educational background and substantial experience in the legal sector. He has completed his graduation in B.A.A LL.B (Hons) from G.D. Goenka University, Gurugram and  further graduated with a master’s degree in MBA (Law) from NMIMS, Mumbai. 

He is currently enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan and has been an integral part of "The Precept-Law Offices" since 2022 and holds the position of Associate within our firm. With nearly 1 year 7 months of experience in the legal field, Joy has enhanced his skills across a diverse range of legal areas, including labor law & compliances, corporate law, and intellectual property rights. 

His responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, including Employment Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements etc.. He conducts thorough legal research to support litigation and advisory services, advising clients on various legal matters, including labor law, corporate law, and IPR matters.

In addition to his advisory role, He is committed to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, thereby enhancing the firm's advisory capabilities.
