Manish is a law graduate of Symbiosis Law College, Pune and has been associated with multinational corporate groups and law firms since 2007 thus having significant experience in his area of practice which includes corporate & commercial, project finance, energy and infrastructure. He holds diploma in IPR from Symbiosis Law College along with certificate course in “Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights” from the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and “FIDIC Conditions of Contracts” from FIDIC.

He is well experienced in handling corporate matters including commercial litigation of multinational & public sector companies, power & infrastructure groups, banking and financial institutions, real estate companies, media production houses, hotels, non-governmental organisations, societies and alike. He also holds experience in cross border transactions and represented and assisted foreign and Indian companies in their inbound and outbound investments and deals. Further, he has handled several joint venture transactions and also has experience in restructuring and due diligence of corporate houses. Manish has also handled major real estate developments and holds good experience in malls/multiplexes/hotel licensing and compliances including land due diligence of vast land parcels for renewable and other projects. He also holds under his ambit experience in dealing with and drafting of international agreements. Further, he has vast experience in handling legal matters of infrastructure transactions in various fields including drafting and advising the parties on legal issues. Manish has been associated with leading infrastructure & power producer companies and is hands on with power and infrastructure sectors’ commercial, contractual, regulatory, real estate and litigation practice. He has also been instrumental in closing various high stake project financing deals for various projects including investment transactions. Manish is also associated with Big Fours and PSUs and regularly advises them as legal expert on various projects.

He is heading the team specialising in general corporate matters along with project finance, real estate, energy & infrastructure sector.
