Naman is a certified M& A lawyer advising primarily to clients in energy sector. He has hands on experience in handling due diligence process for M&A activities especially in the power sector. Naman is regularly involved in IPO, QIP, Bond Issuance and Private Equity Transactions from both Investor/purchaser and target/seller companies, which require conducting activities relating to setting up virtual/physical data room, managing Q&A activities, addressing to issues identified in Due Diligence Report, preparation of conditions precedents, closing checklist, etc. He also has negotiated and finalised large commercial contracts such as EPC and O&M Contracts.

Further, he has handled proceedings before Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, KRERA, KERC & Revenue Courts in State of Karnataka.
