Navneet Kishore Singh holds the position of Senior Associate within our firm. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2013 at the esteemed Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, and was admitted to the Bar in the same year. Over the past decade, he has developed a profound interest in corporate laws and intellectual property laws, particularly those associated with groundbreaking litigation. His expertise spans across Company Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Act, and Custom Act, providing a comprehensive legal perspective. With a robust academic background and extensive practical experience, he is widely recognized as a highly knowledgeable and respected attorney.

Navneet specializes in intellectual property prosecution within our firm. He excels in providing exceptional counsel to our clients in this field, with a primary focus on trademark and brand protection law. He offers guidance to a diverse clientele, both local and international, covering various aspects of safeguarding brands. This includes conducting intellectual property assessments, conducting searches for trademark clearance, addressing issues related to trademark eligibility, managing the filing and processing of trademark applications, handling assignments, addressing oppositions, managing revocation and invalidity proceedings, resolving disputes related to domain names, and overseeing comprehensive portfolio management.

In addition to his IP expertise, Navneet has been extensively involved in contract drafting and negotiation for numerous Foreign and Indian clients. Notably, he has drafted and reviewed a plethora of agreements ranging from Master Service Agreements to Non-disclosure Agreements for leading entities like Altigreen, a prominent electric vehicle manufacturer. His adeptness in navigating complex business transactions ensures the protection of clients’ interests throughout the process.
