Nitin is a Chartered Accountant and has over fifteen years of experience in the fields of Domestic, International and Expatriate Taxation. Before joining this Firm, he has worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG.

He specialises in advising clients on various domestic and international taxation matters such as inbound/ outbound structuring, intermediary jurisdictions, modes of investment, forms of presence and tax efficient structuring of transactions.

Nitin also has rich experience in litigation and has handled complex litigation successfully including prosecution proceedings and block assessments for various clients. Nitin regularly contributes articles to journals and is a regular speaker at seminars organized by Chamber of Tax Consultants, PHD Chamber of Commerce, FICCI, etc..
