Raj Kumar has completed his graduation in law from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, and further graduated with a master’s degree in law from Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.

Since joining the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in 2021, Raj Kumar has been an integral part of “The Precept- Law Offices.” His practice primarily focuses on Corporate and Civil law, including matters concerning Custom and Special Economic Zones. He has been handling these matters before various Courts, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and other Courts as well.

Raj Kumar regularly advises real estate clients and offers a range of services, including land due-diligence, acquisition support, and mutation services. Additionally, he assists clients with paperwork such as Change of Land Use (CLU) and provides guidance on Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) compliance.
