Seraj has graduated from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut in the year 2017 and has been associated with law firms since 2018. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and having memberships of Supreme Court and Delhi High Court. 

Seraj is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in multinational corporate environments and reputable law firms spanning from 2018. His expertise lies in a wide array of corporate and transactional matters, including infrastructure transactions, project financing, labour and employment law, privacy and data protection, intellectual property. Seraj also handles white collar crime w.r.t. the leading insurance companies in India. Further, he also provides his services to the leading companies in hospitality sector.

He has been engaged in PSUs/Government projects on assignment basis and assisted the Government of Rajasthan on the World Bank-funded "Strengthening Public Financial Management System (SPFM) Project," contributing to the drafting of essential documents such as the Public Sector Investment Program (PSIP) and Project Implementation Manual (PIM) Framework. Additionally, he was involved in drafting six standard bidding documents for behalf of the Government of Rajasthan. Further, he assisted IRCON for its first renewable project finance transaction and also provide expert opinion on levy under Building and Other Construction Workers Act on Ircon Renewable Power Limited (IRPL).

Furthermore, Seraj has demonstrated his prowess in establishing joint venture startups, notably in the healthcare sector, overseeing the development of mobile applications and managing all associated transactional documentation. He is actively engaged in representing a prominent infrastructure company in consumer litigations concerning insurance claims in Gujarat, as well as handling project financing disputes of the borrower company (a large infrastructure company) with its various public banks and representing the borrower company before DRTs, DRATs and other courts/tribunals across India. His representation extends to multiple forums and other courts/tribunals across India including Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi and Punjab & Haryana.
